I am allergic to eggs

...so i ate an egg

Being allergic to eggs means I have never tried one, which means they have always been a mystery to me.
In this project I detailed my culinary journey while attempting to reconstruct a soft boiled egg in both taste and texture, yet made from completely different food stuffs.
This all leading to the idea that I might be able to try one without the deadly repercussions.
